About this role
Peham builds software that needs to be understood quickly — by buyers, users, and teams evaluating us. Video is a core format for explainers, demos, social clips, and internal updates.
You will edit long-form and short-form content: product walkthroughs, founder messages, event recaps, and platform-native social cuts. Pacing and clarity matter more than flashy transitions.
We want an editor who respects the brand, understands technical subjects, and can turn raw footage into finished pieces without endless direction.
What you will do
- Edit product explainers, demo videos, and tutorial-style content from raw footage and screen recordings.
- Produce platform-native cuts for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.
- Apply consistent colour, typography overlays, lower thirds, and audio levels aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering to script or structure technical narratives.
- Manage project files, exports, and version history for reusable assets.
- Suggest b-roll, pacing, and structure improvements during review.
- Turn around social clips quickly while maintaining quality on flagship pieces.
What we are looking for
- Portfolio with edited product, corporate, or documentary-style work — include links in your application.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong sense of pacing, audio cleanup, and subtitle readability.
- Comfort editing screen recordings and technical demos.
- Organised file management and reliable delivery against deadlines.
- Ability to work from a brief with minimal hand-holding.
Nice to have
- After Effects or motion graphics for intros and overlays.
- Experience editing for B2B or software brands.
- Basic colour grading and sound design skills.
- Urdu/English bilingual subtitle workflows.
