As a provider of digital software services (SaaS), our products are:

  • Delivered electronically and instantly accessible upon subscription
  • Non-tangible and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
  • Subject to the refund terms outlined below

Refund Eligibility

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new customers only, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription purchase under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • First-time subscription to any of our services
  • Request made within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Valid reason provided (service not meeting requirements, technical issues, etc.)
  • Minimal usage of the service (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Requests made after the 7-day period
  • Renewal payments (monthly or annual renewals)
  • Services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate (unless specified otherwise)
  • Custom development or one-time setup fees
  • Upgrades or add-on purchases
  • Services that have been extensively used or data has been heavily integrated

Service Interruption Refunds

If our services experience significant downtime or service interruptions:

  • Downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours may qualify for a pro-rated refund
  • Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for refunds
  • Must be reported to us within 7 days of the interruption

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your account details
  2. Include your order/invoice number
  3. Provide a clear reason for the refund request
  4. Include any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-14 business days)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly or annual renewal payments
  • Services used beyond the 7-day guarantee period
  • Custom development work or consulting services
  • Third-party integrations or add-ons purchased separately
  • Domain registrations or SSL certificates
  • Training or onboarding sessions already conducted

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period
  • No automatic refunds are issued for early cancellation (subject to refund policy above)
  • Unused time in monthly subscriptions is not refundable
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled before renewal are not refundable unless within the 7-day guarantee period
