Services Description

Peham (Private) Limited provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions including but not limited to:

  • Business management tools
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Real estate management software
  • Wholesale distribution management
  • Rental management solutions
  • Custom enterprise software solutions

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Pricing

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD)
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers

Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
  • We accept payment methods as displayed on our website
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for recurring subscriptions
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Taxes

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and government-imposed fees

Service Availability

  • We strive to provide 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not resell or redistribute our services without written permission
  • Maintain appropriate security measures for your account and data

Intellectual Property

  • All software, content, and materials provided by Peham (Private) Limited are our property
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services
  • You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to our services
  • You grant us the right to host, store, and process your data to provide our services

Data and Privacy

  • We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data
  • We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
  • You agree to our data processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy

Termination

By You

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Use our services in a manner that causes harm to us or others

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will meet your specific requirements
  • Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from our services will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
