About this role
Peham builds and operates production software for clients and our own SaaS products. As a Project Manager, you are the connective tissue between engineering, design, and the people who depend on the outcome.
You will translate business goals into clear plans, keep delivery visible, and make sure blockers surface early — without turning the team into a ticket factory.
Exact seniority and location can flex for the right person. We care more about judgment, communication, and follow-through than a perfect title match.
What you will do
- Own delivery for client engagements and internal product initiatives from kickoff through launch and handover.
- Break work into realistic milestones, track progress, and communicate status plainly to stakeholders.
- Facilitate scope conversations so engineering, design, and business stay aligned on priorities and trade-offs.
- Run stand-ups, reviews, and retros that stay focused and useful — not ceremony for its own sake.
- Identify risks early, propose options, and drive decisions when the team is stuck.
- Document decisions, acceptance criteria, and handover notes so work survives beyond one sprint.
- Partner with leadership on capacity planning and pipeline visibility.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years managing software, product, or technical delivery projects (agency, product company, or equivalent).
- Strong written and spoken English — most coordination happens async and in docs.
- Comfort reading technical work at a high level: APIs, releases, environments, and basic architecture concepts.
- Track record of shipping work on time without burning out the team.
- Calm under ambiguity; you can structure messy requests into actionable plans.
- Habit of writing clear updates, specs, and meeting notes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar delivery tooling.
- Background in software agencies or product-led SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with Pakistan regulatory or compliance contexts for client work.
- Urdu or other regional language skills for local stakeholder communication.
